During your first consultation you can expect:

• A history taking - A detailed case history will be obtained, covering your current concern, related symptoms, past medical history, and any pertinent family history.
• Examination/special tests - A comprehensive physical examination will be performed, involving an assessment of joint mobility, evaluation of posture,  condition-specific orthopedic testing, and a full neurological assessment.
• Treatment - This detailed assessment helps determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and allows for the development of an individualized treatment plan designed to support effective and optimal recovery. Following this, treatment will be provided based on the findings, and a follow-up appointment will be arranged to monitor your progress and continue your care.

During your follow up consultation you can expect:

• A brief examination of the existing complaint - At your follow-up appointment, your symptoms or condition will be reassessed through a few targeted questions, followed by a brief examination.
• examination of any new complaints or areas of interest.
• Treatment
